Support for Persistent Pain
If this sounds familiar
“Pain has rearranged my whole life.”
Persistent pain reaches into sleep, mood, work, and relationships. It deserves support that sees all of that.
“My pain has a clear cause. I just need help living with it.”
Whether it comes from cancer, nerve damage, an injury, or a condition with no clear name, your pain is real. This work doesn’t question that; it helps your system respond differently.
“I’m tired of bracing for the next wave.”
Many people want relief not only from the pain, but from the constant bracing. They want a chance to breathe again.
Why the nervous system matters
There’s a reason pain can take over so much of life.
All pain, whatever its cause, is processed by your nervous system.
When pain goes on for a long time, that system can become more sensitive, turning the volume up and staying on alert.
Hypnosis and somatic work help calm that alarm, so your body has more room for comfort.

I am not a licensed mental health provider and I don't provide therapy. What I offer is something many people find they need alongside or instead of therapy — embodied, relational support that works below the level of words and analysis. Many of my clients have done years of talk therapy and find this reaches places therapy couldn't.
